Lu’s Crew expertise extends through to operations and bar management for large or small events through our network of professional and experienced industry contacts.

Our services can include:

• Event design and planning
• Budgeting
• Staffing
• Bar operations & site management
• Supplier engagement (cleaners, music, food catering, photographer & sourcing equipment hire)
• Beverage catering for licensed and non-licensed events, including all licencing requirements, riders and VIP areas
• Production management liaison – audio, staging, vision etc
• Risk assessments, crowd and traffic control, security.

We also can:

• Build and tailor our bars to suit any event
• Provide accountable, fully auditable management of stock and cash.
• Represent your brand or sponsorship deals.

There is no one size fits all approach to an event, but generally we offer one of three options:

• Pre-paid: You pay us a fee for our services, and you take all the bar sale revenue.
• Free: Applies to bar management only. We cover everything, take all the risk and keep all the bar revenue (a bar spend guarantee may apply, dependant on guest numbers/ticket sales).
• Joint venture: We agree on a budget and the final net bar profit is split between us and you.
